Cutting-Edge Strategies for Hard Times Day 2 – New Auto-Win Opening
Published by Ohio Association for Justice and Louisiana Association for Justice

Summary
Attaining unanimity or anything close to it is becoming more and more difficult and unlikely in today's polarization of the public and the general "permission" for people -- including jurors -- to fight fiercely and ugly -- and without compromise or even listening to the other side. Logic and facts have never meant so little. This is a gift to the defense. By all signs, it's getting worse and will continue to do so for a number of years. This situation requires Plaintiffs to refine their strategies, regardless of which approaches they currently use. This webinar is about the latest research and conclusions about how to do this.

Day 2 – New Auto-Win Opening Power-enhancement of Ball Opening: Making up the Jurors’ Minds in 3 Minutes. (Refinement of Ball Opening)

Please note: this webinar is only available to plaintiff attorneys and their staff. Registration for the webinar certifies that the attendee only does plaintiff work. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for webinar attendance.
