Sera H. Russell III is an attorney in Lafayette, Louisiana. He began practicing law in Louisiana in 1978, handling civil cases for both the defense and the plaintiff. This evolved into a plaintiff personal injury practice with a heavy concentration in professional liability cases against accountants, doctors and, sadly, lawyers, too.
